Algeria Warns Against Military intervention in Libya

As Egypt launches revenge airstrikes in Libya following the killing of 21 of its nationals by IS militants in the country, the Foreign Minister of neighboring Algeria, Ramtane Lamamra, has warned that military intervention is conterproductive to obtaining a "consensual solution".
