Tougher rules have been put in place to ensure police recruitment in 2015 does not suffer from corruption and regional imbalance as seen during last year's enlistment, the National Police Service Commission has said.

This comes after President Uhuru Kenyatta ordered the training of 10 000 police recruits despite a court order nullifying the exercise. Read more »
