South African Judiciary a Threat to Democracy, Trade Unions Say
Cosatu president S'dumo Dlamini has spoken out against the country's judiciary, saying that it alternates between making progressive rulings and ones "which clearly protect apartheid privileges".
Cosatu president Dlamini's criticism of the judiciary comes amid Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng's plans to meet with President Jacob Zuma to discuss the mounting criticism of the judiciary by the ANC (file photo).
