South Sudan Peace Deal Finally Signed

President Salva Kiir has signed a power-sharing agreement with rebels led by Riek Machar, who left the government nearly two years ago, precipitating a civil war in the new state. But Kiir has reservations about the deal and there is some doubt whether it will stick.
