Uganda Opposition In Firing Line After Museveni Wins
The opposition presidential candidate Kizza Besigye has been arrested as he attempted to leave his home to go to the Electoral Commission head office to ask for the official declaration forms that were used to announce the election results in which President Yoweri Museveni won.
The offices of the Forum for Democratic Change today.
