South Africa: Deport Struggle Icon Hani's Killer - Ruling Party

Polish immigrant Janusz Walus, who killed South African Communist Party leader Chris Hani in 1993, has been granted parole by the Pretoria High Court.

In May 2015, former Communist Party MP Clive Derby-Lewis, who provided the gun Walus used to kill Hani, was granted medical parole (file photo).
