South Africa's Zuma Bows Before Apex Court

President Jacob Zuma says he will pay for improvements made to his rural home at government expense, but denies he deliberately violated the Constitution in resisting earlier orders to pay.

An earlier government report described this addition to President Zuma's house as a "fire pool" for firefighting purposes. But the Constitutional Court called it what it looks like - a swimming pool (built at government expense),
