Hague Court Seeks 25-Year Jail Term for Former Congolese VP

The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, has said the former vice president of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jean-Pierre Bemba, bears the "highest degree" of culpability for crimes committed by his troops against civilians in the Central African Republic.
