ECA Chief Earns Honorary Doctorate for Dedication to Development

Executive Secretary of the ECA Carlos Lopes was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Development Studies by one of Ethiopia's leading higher institutions of learning, Hawassa University. Also present at the ceremony were (Left) Arkebe Oqubay, Minister and Special Advisor to Ethiopia's Prime Minister, Haile Mariam Desalegn, and Ambassador Mohamed Idriss Farah of Djibouti.
