Namibia's Geingob to Mediate in Gabon As AU Sends Observers

The African Union has agreed to provide observers to look into a legal complaint by opposition leader Jean Ping, who accuses President Ali Bongo of fraudulently claiming victory in last month's election. President Hage Geingob says he has been asked to mediate.
