Bechtel's 'Fast Track' Solutions for Large-Scale African Projects

As an indication of rising interest in Africa by the U.S. engineering and construction giant Bechtel, the company's president for Africa, Andrew Patterson, is relocating from London to Nairobi. In an AllAfrica interview, Patterson describes the "program management approach" and private sector knowledge Bechtel provides to help governments plan, implement and find financing for large-scale projects.
