Can South Africa's Zuma Rescue the Sinking SABC Ship?

A statement from the Presidecy has stated that the Broadcasting Act requires the president to appoint an interim board for the South African Broadcasting Corporation within 10 days of receiving recommendations from the National Assembly. This comes after mass resignations from board members during a Parliamentary inquiry into their fitness to hold office.
