Kenyan Spies Accused Of Recruiting Ethopians, Ugandans to Vote

The opposition leader, Raila Odinga, has accused the National Intelligence Service of interfering with the on-going voter registration campaign by exporting Biometric Voter Registration kits into the two countries and assisting citizens of the two countries to register in Kenya's election process.
