Tributes Pour in for South Africa's Rugby Great Joost

Tributes from government, sporting bodies, rugby players and fans have been pouring in after the passing of Joost van der Westhuizen, Springbok rugby scrumhalf and captain, who died from motor neuron disease. President Jacob Zuma announced during his State of the Nation address that an official provincial funeral will be held for Joost.
