A new documentary is being released showcasing  African Entrepreneurs. At the 2015 edition of DEMO Africa, 30 of the best and most innovative African start-ups made the final list from an applicant pool of over 600 startups to pitch at the two day competition. "Venture: An Entrepreneur's Journey" welcomes viewers into the entrepreneurial journey of four of the winners from the continent to Silicon Valley. DEMO Africa is a flagship initiative of LIONS@FRICA, a continent-wide venture launch-pad that provides the most innovative African companies with a platform to present their products to the global ecosystem. “Venture: An Entrepreneur’s Journey” welcomes viewers into the entrepreneurial journey of a group of African entrepreneurs. The documentary follows the winners of the flagship initiative of LIONS@FRICA, DEMO Afric 2015, from the continent to Silicon Valley.

In recognizing the need to bridge the gap between the limited talent pool and the growing number of opportunities in the media and entertainment industry, the African Technology Foundation (ATF) and the LIONS@FRICA Initiative, partnered with Relativity School, a division of Relativity Media, to launch a continent-wide educational program in film, media, and performing arts called Hollywood in Focus.
