97 More Suspected Drug Barons Named in Tanzania

The authorities have said the children of some high profile individuals are among the alleged dealers. It is estimated that between 10 and 15 kilograms of cocaine and heroin are consumed in Dar es Salaam daily.

Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioner Paul Makonda displays a file that contains 97 names of alleged drug dealers before he handed it over to Commissioner General of the Drugs Control and Enforcement Authority Rodgers Sianga in the city.
