Who Will Answer for South Africa's Mental Health Scandal?

South African Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi has assured Parliament that no questions over the deaths of 100 mentally ill patients will go unanswered. The patients, who were transferred from the Life Healthcare Esidimeni facility, died of starvation and dehydration while under the care of unlicensed NGOs.
