South African Govt Refuses to Accept Anti-Xenophobia Memorandum

The government has been accused of bias and hypocrisy after it refused to accept a memorandum from the leaders of the Coalition of Civics Against Xenophobia.

About 300 people marched to the Union Buildings in a demonstration against xenophobic violence.
