Ex South African Diplomat Agreed with Mugabe on Gays, Court Hears

References by former ambassador to Uganda Jon Qwelane stating that the sexual orientation of gay and lesbian people was a "lifestyle" and that President Robert Mugabe's "unapologetic stance" on homosexuality was praiseworthy is hate speech, Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi told the Johannesburg High Court.
