U.S. Blocks Ugandan General From Army Summit Over Kasese Massacre
Major General Peter Elwelu's invitation to the 2017 African Land Forces Summit in Malawi has been reportedly revoked after the United States government cited his lead role in the attack on the Rwenzururu king's palace which left scores dead.
