Is Zambian President Lungu A Dictator?

 President Edgar Lungu has been accused of being a dictator who rules through fear and intimidation. Among the voices is Zambia's Conference of Catholic Bishops which has condemned the arrest and treason charge slapped on opposition leader Hakainde Hichilema, saying Zambia is "now all, except in designation, a dictatorship".
