Release of Nigeria's #ChibokGirls an International Violation?

A faction of the former ruling Peoples Democratic Party has said that it is concerned at the price paid to secure the release of the 82 Chibok girls held by Boko Haram for three years, in exchange for the release of suspected members of the militant group who were imprisoned - this as praise is heaped on President Muhammadu Buhari's efforts.
