Live Bullets, Arrests at South African Service Delivery Protests

Police officers used live ammunition at a service delivery protest in Laudium, near Pretoria. Meanwhile, President Jacob Zuma, who didn't address protesters in Vuwani, said that the army would not be deployed in the "war zone" of Eldorado Park where dozens of people were arrested.
