South African Parties Positive As Court Ponders Secret Ballot

Opposition parties expressed confidence that the Constitutional Court will rule in favour of a secret ballot to be cast during a motion of no-confidence against President Jacob Zuma, whose controversial decision to dismiss Pravin Gordhan and Mcebisi Jonas from the ministry of finance during a Cabinet reshuffle led to widespread protests.
