Ex Top Cop Loses Appeal Against South African Police Minister

The Pretoria High Court has dismissed an urgent interdict by former Head General of the Hawks police unit Berning Ntlemeza against Police Minister Fikile Mbalula. Ntlemeza was accused of having gone "rogue" when he sought to return to work despite being replaced by acting chief Lieutenant-General Yolisa Matakata.
