Nigeria Court Orders Permanent Forfeiture of Ikoyi Millions

The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the final forfeiture of the cash haul of U.S.$43,449,94, £27,800 and N23,218,000 - N13.3 billion in total - after the National Intelligence Agency failed to claim ownership of the money found in an Ikoyi apartment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
