Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba failed to appear before Parliament to explain how in his tenure as home affairs minister, citizenship was granted so quickly to the Gupta family, close friends of President Jacob Zuma who have been implicated in the State of Capture Report by former public protector Thuli Madonsela.
