Zimbabwe Army General Chiwenga Warns 'Rogue' Minister Moyo

Zimbabwe Defence Forces Commander, General Constantine Chiwenga has waded into the factional fights rattling the ruling Zanu-PF party, taking aim at outspoken Minister of Higher Education Jonathan Moyo whom he has accused of undermining the Command Agriculture scheme, a government program which is being spearheaded by Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
