A by-election held in the Kyadondo East constituency in Wakiso District was billed as yet another face-off between the ruling NRM party and the main opposition party, the FDC. It was won by a "novelty candidate" Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, aka singer Bobi Wine. The Monitor's Timothy Kalyegira takes a look at the issue.
