Kenya's Ministry of Education Mum on Paying-Up Lecturers' Raise

Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i has not "responded to inquiries" on the payment of the salary increase to the more than 27,700 university workers. Lecturers and workers have rejected a fresh round of talks with over the implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
