Kenya's Polls Agency to Order New Ballot Papers

The High Court has established that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission failed to conduct proper public participation while awarding the tender to a Dubai-based printing company. The commission will hold a meeting with all presidential candidates as well as invite members of the public to submit memoranda before holding a public hearing to facilitate fresh procurement.
