Come Home if You Want to Vote, Zimbabweans Told

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has ruled out the possibility of foreign-based citizens voting from outside the country, saying the law does not provide for that. For more than a decade now, Zimbabweans in the diaspora have been lobbying government to allow them to cast their votes from countries where they are now based, to no avail.
