Newly elected MP Robert Kagulanyi - also known as entertainer Bobi Wine - has been appointed to the parliamentary committee on presidential affairs, which oversees the operations of the office of the president, including State House and the Kampala Capital City Authority.
MP Robert Kyagulanyi and his wife Barbie Itungo after he was sworn in as an MP. Kyagulanyi is more popularly known as entertainer Bobi Wine.
