South African Opposition to Open Case Against Health Minister

Official opposition party the Democratic Alliance is expected to lay charges of culpable homicide against Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi over the deaths of nearly 300 cancer patients in KwaZulu-Natal which the South African Human Rights Commission attributed to delays and, in some cases, denial of oncology services.
