Street Vendor's Death - Ugandan Minister Hits out at Kampala

Kampala street vendor Olivia Basemera drowned  while trying to escape city law enforcement officers. Now, the Minister of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives Amelia Kyambadde has condemned the way the city treats hawkers, saying excessive force is uncalled for.
