South African Police Halt Plane to Nab Alleged Car Thief

A suspected car thief who allegedly hired a vehicle in 2014 and did not return it boarded a flight  to Harare, Zimbabwe, but was arrested after officers ordered the plane to be towed back to its parking bay at OR Tambo International Airport.
