Will Nigeria's Atiku Abubakar Stand for President in 2019?

Atiku Abubakar is described as a politician, businessman and philanthropist. He served as the second elected vice-president of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007, on the platform of the People's Democratic Party, with President Olusegun Obasanjo. He tried many times to run for the presidency but failed. Abubakar moved to the All Progressives Congress but is now allegedly in talks with the Peoples Democratic Party before the electioneering campaigns for the 2019 presidential elections begin in a few months time.
