Southern African Leaders Urged to Use Resources to Spur Industry

President Jacob Zuma has called on his fellow heads of state at the 37th South African Development Community Ordinary Summit to stop foreign interests from exploiting mineral commodities, adding that they should rather be used to fund regional projects.
