Ghana, South Africa Combine Efforts in Radio Telescope Project

The conversion of a Ghanaian communications antenna into a functioning radio telescope has been described as extremely significant for Africa's participation in the Square Kilometre Array, a project which in its final stage will be the world's largest telescope.
