South African Govt Split Over Grace Mugabe Assault Incident

Despite the incident creating a major diplomatic headache for two countries that have very delicate relations, it has also reportedly left the host government divided as a number of ministers, among them Police minister Fikile Mbalula, wanted the Zimbabwean First Lady to face justice. On the other hand, President Jacob Zuma and Foreign Affairs Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane wanted to avoid a diplomatic row with Zimbabwe.
