Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has asked Supreme Court judges not to nullify the election results that ended with Uhuru Kenyatta re-elected purely on the basis of suspicions and allegations. Kenyatta's lawyers also claim that their client was "validly elected" in one of the "most-watched elections" in recent Kenyan history.
