Uganda: 12 People In Court for Deaths of Women

As 12 people appeared in court in connection with a wave of killings of women, Security Minister Henry Tumukunde spent a second day in Entebbe trying to get to the bottom of the brutal killings. But police were absent from his fact-finding mission, having withdrawn troops to another area.
