Rwandan Police Say They've Freed Diane Rwigara and Family

Police spokesperson Theos Badege has confirmed to that Diane Rwigara's family members have returned home but "may be invited again as investigations continue". The Rwigaras are being probed for suspected tax evasion while Diane is under investigations over claims she forged signatures during her presidential bid.
