Grace Mugabe Should Have Been Charged - South African Authority

National Prosecuting Authority head Shaun Abrahams has said that Zimbabwean First Lady Grace Mugabe should have been charged for the alleged assault on model Gabriella Engels. This comes after International Relations and Co-operation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane refused to appear before the portfolio committee on international relations to account for her decision to grant Mugabe diplomatic immunity after the incident.
