Nigerian Businessman Kola Aluko's New York Penthouse Up for Sale
A luxurious apartment previously owned by fugitive Kolawole Aluko a Nigerian oil mogul based in the United States is up for sale for U.S.$39 million. Aluko was said to have bought the luxurious apartment for U.S.$51.9 million in 2014. He is yet to officially react to the fraud allegations as he is said to be evading arrest. The property is believed to be part of the proceeds of "shady" oil contracts also involving Diezani Alison-Madueke, a former minister of petroleum resources, and Jide Omokore, another businessman.
