Kenyan Electoral Staff to Face Malpractice Charges

An opposition coalition is preparing a case against 60 staff members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission who are accused of irregularities during the general election on August 8. The   Supreme Court ruled that President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory was null and void.
