South African Presidency Delaying Broadcasting Board Appointment?

Reports alleging that President Jacob Zuma and Communications Minister Ayanda Dlodlo are deliberately delaying the appointment of the South African Broadcasting Corporation board have been denied by the Presidency. This comes after the interim board was rendered defunct due to the expiration of its term.
