Rwanda Rubbishes HRW Report on Military Torture Claims
The Minister of Justice, Johnston Busingye, says Human Rights Watch has over the years been running a campaign to discredit the government. This follows a report by the rights group claiming that the military uses asphyxiation, electric shock and mock executions to torture confessions out of detainees.
