South African Supreme Court Hands Down Zuma 'Spy Tapes' Ruling
The National Prosecuting Authority has promised to "do the right thing" after the Supreme Court of Appeal handed down a 47-page judgment which dismissed the appeal brought by President Jacob Zuma with costs. Zuma now faces potential prosecution over the 18 reinstated corruption charges which were withdrawn in 2009, just before he was sworn in for his first term as president.
