State Oil Firm Did Not Do U.S.$25 Billion Deals - Presidency

Eyebrows were raised when Ibe Kachikwu, minister of state for petroleum resources, said that the corporation awarded the contracts without following due process. Kachikwu has since denied alleging a contract scandal, maintaining that he only complained about governance process at the national oil corporation.
